Anyone wishing to bring "new business" agenda items for consideration by the detachment at the next scheduled business meeting, must first present to this Officer's Meeting for pre-approval.

Anyone wishing to put items to the Detachment Officers for immediate consideration between business meetings, should do so at this Officer meeting.
